PRIVACY POLICY
Effective 15 October 2026. This policy explains the information used to operate marketplace orders and provide support.
BC2 Market processes public wallet addresses, Bitcoin II receiving or refund addresses, order identifiers, transaction hashes, amounts, timestamps, and other public blockchain evidence required to create, track, reconcile, and settle orders.
Wallet connection happens through the wallet provider selected by the user. The website does not request or store private keys or seed phrases.
If you contact support by email or Telegram, the service processes the information you send, such as your email address or Telegram account details, order number, public wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, and message content. This information is used to answer the request, investigate the order, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record.
Transactions submitted to BNB Chain or Bitcoin II Mainnet are public and may remain permanently available through blockchain nodes and explorers. BC2 Market cannot erase or modify records written to a public blockchain.
Hosting, security, email, and support providers may process routine technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time, delivery status, and security events. These records are used to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose failures.
The marketplace relies on infrastructure and communication providers, including blockchain RPC services, website hosting, Cloudflare, Resend, Gmail forwarding, MetaMask, Telegram, BscScan, and public Bitcoin II services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use or visit those services.
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, reconciliation, dispute handling, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of support information that is not part of a public blockchain, email contact@bc2market.com. A request may require verification that you control the relevant email or wallet.
This policy may be updated when the marketplace, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
