TERMS OF USE
Effective 15 October 2026. By creating or funding an order, you agree to these terms.
BC2 Market provides an independent marketplace for exchanging native Bitcoin II (BC2) and BEP-20 USDT through order-specific settlement processes. BC2 Market is not the official Bitcoin II website and does not operate Bitcoin II Mainnet, BNB Chain, MetaMask, or third-party explorers and providers.
You are responsible for controlling your wallet, keeping credentials secure, selecting the correct network and token, reviewing the displayed amount and rate, and entering valid receiving or refund addresses. You must not use the service where doing so is unlawful for you.
Never submit a private key or seed phrase to BC2 Market or anyone claiming to provide support.
An order is created only after the required wallet transaction is submitted and accepted by the relevant network. Rates, available liquidity, maximum amounts, deadlines, spread, and fees are those displayed for the order before submission. Quotes may expire or become unavailable when price data or liquidity changes.
Blockchain transactions can be delayed, rejected, reorganized, replaced, or become irreversible after broadcast. Network fees are paid to network validators and are not controlled by BC2 Market. You accept the technical, market, liquidity, smart-contract, wallet, and cross-chain reconciliation risks involved in an order.
Settlement is based on the order record and the public evidence detected on BNB Chain and Bitcoin II Mainnet. The tracking page shows the applicable state and available actions. Cancellation or refund is available only when allowed by the applicable smart contract, order state, deposit evidence, deadline, and marketplace safety checks.
Assets sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, wrong token contract, or unrelated deposit address may be unrecoverable.
Information on the site is operational information for marketplace use. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. BC2 Market does not guarantee asset value, future liquidity, uninterrupted availability, transaction timing, or profit.
Access may be limited or orders paused when required for security, maintenance, stale pricing, insufficient liquidity, network failure, suspected abuse, or reconciliation. Attempts to manipulate orders, exploit contracts, submit false evidence, or interfere with the service are prohibited.
Order questions can be sent through the contact page. These terms may be updated when marketplace behavior, contracts, providers, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated terms means you accept the revised terms.
